At (8) is a report by CHUNG YUI and SIU FUNG on their trip to the rural areas.
The following extract should be noted:-
(i) "So I returned to Hong Kong, hoping to return to the troop
directly."
(ii)
"In the village we learned quite a lot of information from the people and their opinion towards our army".
(iii) "The prestige of the liberation army".
These documents clearly indicate that SIU FUNG while still
a student at TAT TAK College in British territory, is using it as a base for operations in China directed solely against the Chinese Government.
It is submitted that by so doing SIU FUNG is endangering the peaceful relation existing between Hong Kong and China, that his presence is undesirable and that he should therefore be banished from Hong Kong.
